The CleanStays Clean Guarantee

| 5 star clean | Every turnover meets Airbnb and VRBO 5 star cleanliness standards, or we return and re-clean at no charge. |
| Photo proof | Completion photos are sent after every turnover. You always know the job is done. |
| On time | We clean inside the checkout to check-in window. A late completion earns a discount on that service. |
| Stocked | Consumables are restocked to the agreed par level every turn. Guests arrive to a fully stocked home. |
| No surprise fees | Rate changes require 14 days written notice. Nothing lands on an invoice you did not agree to. |
General Terms
- CleanStays provides services on an independent contractor basis.
- Scheduling is managed by CleanStays based on checkout notifications provided by the client.
- The client must ensure safe, clear access to the property at all times.
- CleanStays team members will not enter the property if a guest is still present.
- Any damage observed during cleaning will be photographed and reported immediately.
- CleanStays is not liable for guest caused damage, pre-existing conditions, or items not noted at intake.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in that province.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Either party may cancel the service agreement with 14 days written notice.
- Individual turn cancellations require 12 hour notice to avoid a 1 hour minimum charge.
- Repeated last minute cancellations may result in a deposit requirement or service termination.
