What Areas Do You Serve?
Calgary and the surrounding area, including downtown and the Beltline, inner city communities like Tuxedo Park and Renfrew, NW, NE, SW and SE Calgary. Outside the city? Send the address and we will tell you straight away whether we cover it.
How Much Does a Turnover Cost?
Turnovers start at $95 plus GST for a studio or one bedroom and are priced by unit size. Use the instant estimate for your starting rate. Each bathroom past the included count adds a set amount, shown in the estimate. Laundry on site is confirmed in your quote.
How Fast Do You Turn a Property Around?
Crews arrive within 30 minutes of guest checkout and work the standard 11 AM to 4 PM window between checkout and check-in. Back to back same day bookings are handled.
Do You Bring Your Own Supplies?
Yes. Cleaning products, fresh linens and guest consumables are included and restocked to your inventory sheet. There is nothing for you to order or drop off.
How Do I Know the Clean Was Done Properly?
Every clean ends with at least five time stamped photos covering the entrance, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area, filed to your property record.
What Happens If a Guest Damages Something?
It is photographed and reported to you within one hour. Missing items are logged in the property notes and anything over $50 in value is flagged to you directly, so you file your claim with evidence attached.
Is There a Long Term Contract or a Monthly Minimum?
No long term lock in. Either side can end the service with 14 days written notice, and there is no minimum number of cleans.
Do You Work with Property Managers and Co-Hosts?
Yes. Portfolio clients get the same photo record per unit per clean, escalation into your maintenance process, and one itemised invoice twice a month across the portfolio.
