Every CleanStays turnover follows the same 19 steps, room by room: four in each bedroom, six in each bathroom, five in the kitchen and four in the living areas. Then a final inspection, at least five time stamped photos, and anything wrong reported to you within the hour.

Bedrooms

The Final Inspection
The 19 steps are the clean. The inspection is how we know it is guest ready before the door locks.

Damage Found

Consumables are restocked to the agreed par level every turn. Guests arrive to a fully stocked home.
No Surprise Fees
Rate changes require 14 days written notice. Nothing lands on an invoice you did not agree to.
No Lock In
End the service with 14 days written notice, and no minimum number of cleans. If the standard slips, you are not tied to it.

What Is the CleanStays 19 Point Standard?
It is the written, room by room sequence every CleanStays crew follows on every turnover: 4 points per bedroom, 6 per bathroom, 5 in the kitchen and 4 in the living areas, followed by a final inspection and completion photos.
Does Every Property Get the Same Standard?
Yes. Every unit is cleaned to the same 19 points. What changes per property is the inventory sheet and par level the crew restocks to.
How Do I Know Every Point Was Done?
Every clean ends with at least five time stamped photos of the entrance, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area, filed to your property record.
Is a Deep Clean Part of the 19 Points?
No. The 19 points are the turnover. A deep clean adds inside appliances, cabinetry, baseboards, vents and build up.
