Why Does CleanStays Exist?
We host our own short term rentals in Calgary. Finding cleaners who arrived on time, worked the same way every visit and told us what they found was harder than it should have been, so we wrote the standard down and built the crew around it.
That standard now runs in every property we clean: a 19 point room by room sequence, photos after every clean and damage reported within the hour.

Photo Proof
Completion photos are sent after every turnover. You always know the job is done.
On Time
We clean inside the checkout to check-in window. A late completion earns a discount on that service.
Stocked
Consumables are restocked to the agreed par level every turn. Guests arrive to a fully stocked home.
No Surprise Fees
Rate changes require 14 days written notice. Nothing lands on an invoice you did not agree to.
No Lock In
End the service with 14 days written notice, and no minimum number of cleans. If the standard slips, you are not tied to it.
