Standard Questions
What Is the CleanStays 33 Point Cleaning Checklist?

Does Every Property Get the Same Standard?
Yes. Every unit is cleaned to the same 33 points. What changes per property is the inventory sheet and par level the crew restocks to.
How Do I Know Every Point Was Done?
Every clean ends with at least five time stamped photos of the entrance, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area, filed to your property record.
Is a Deep Clean Part of the 33 Points?
